My name is Spencer Grimenstein.  I am the President and Broker of Village Financial Group, INC.  I founded this fine company in October of 2000.  Village Financial Group or as we call it, VFG, is a white glove service provider in the areas of real estate and land sales.  I am also one the longest serving Mortgage Brokers in El Dorado County.  In a world where one click of a mouse can provide you a loan alternative, we stand in the gap and work on behalf of you the client.  More than ever, a borrower who is seeking a loan needs a professional to work on their behalf to close their loan in an ever changing loan market.   I have been a mortgage broker and a real estate broker for more than 20 years in the State of California.  My purpose is very clear:  To partner with the buyers, sellers and borrowers and look out for their best interests.  Nothing else matters to me other than your needs.  I can tell you also that with the "white glove service" you won't sacrifice costs or pricing as we are extremely competitive with any and all lenders out there.  In a nutshell, when you call me to sell your home I will be able to market your property at its highest level, get you pre-approved for your new loan, and find you the perfect home to purchase.  I am truly a "one stop shop".  And guess what?  I am an expert in all three so you will not have to worry about a thing when working with me.  So please remember that my purpose is to serve you and YOUR needs not mine.
